Produced with renewable raw material, Ibema Royal Coppa is sustainable and presents high printability, ideal for customizations

Ibema, the third largest paperboard manufacturer in Brazil and one of the largest players in Latin America, presents to the market the Ibema Royal Coppa, the first solution developed and manufactured in the country for the production of paper cups and pots. With unique technology and renewable raw material, the product presents high printability, being ideal for projects with personalized printing.

With its 100% virgin fiber formulation, the Royal Coppa Ibema is versatile and can be used for hot and cold drinks, it has six different configurations, with or without coating, excellent printability and low side absorption.

For Fabiane Staschower, Executive of Packaging Innovation, the beginning of the national production of paper cups offers new benefits and after-sales guarantees for the customer. "This product is already present in Brazil, but the material is imported. Now, with this launch, you can count on a national raw material and still have exclusive technical assistance. The customer will have more agility due to a fast delivery to the entire Brazilian territory and Latin America, "she explains.

The novelty is a new option for the end user to add value to their product, since the Ibema Royal Coppa is made from raw material from renewable source - planted forests. "The consumer is increasingly aware and sustainability is a concern throughout the product cycle. Opting for a paperboard solution, besides being sustainable, facilitates communication with the market, as it allows the printing of images in high resolution, "says Marketing Manager, Juliana Menegasse Gomes.

An environmentally conscious alternative, Fabiane points out that the Ibema Royal Coppa is the best sustainable option in the market. "The paper cup is a worldwide trend, since many countries have already banned the plastic versions," she says. The executive believes that the product should be well received by the national market, which already has maturity to support the Brazilian industry.
