ELECTS IBEMA AS THE READER'S PREFERRED

Ibema Brazilian Company of Paper was elected the reader's preferred company on last December 3rd at the fourth edition of Pack Survey on Preference Highlight. This year the best and more qualified suppliers of the productive chain of package industry were awarded in 53 categories.
They are companies that hardly work to ensure the customer's satisfaction in all its facets – from product quality to business flexibility – which are essential requirements to a long term relationship. Clearly saying, there is a high value at risk – it is the reputation of a brand and/or product and of the company itself. And in order to ensure the quality of the product that the end customer will have, the industry of consumption products works in interface with all its suppliers of the production chain as they are co-responsible for the quality assurance task. In times of high competitiveness, similar products and of high tech available to all, the industry has to make difference investing on people management.
Through knowledge and training they make the difference on the outcome. Results for Pack Survey on Preference Highlight make an unquestionable proof of that. On the third edition, the publication was meant to perform an even more complete guide that highlights – for the first time – the preference motives that led to the choice of the preferred suppliers in 53 categories.
