Fot this, Ibema revamped its portfolio through rebranding, established partnerships with major brands and supports Brazil's environmental shift with raw material for truly sustainable packaging.

All this investment earned Ibema two important industry awards as the best paperboard supplier in 2022: the Graphprint Award, given by Editora Agnelo, and the Fernando Pini Graphic Excellence Award, from the Brazilian Association of the Graphic Industry (ABIGRAF).

This is an important highlight, the result of knowing how to make contact, which is one of our main values, as well as thinking beyond the box and acting based on the role of courage. 'We did this a lot with our customers in a very complex environment: pandemic, international logistics, lack of paperboard and strong cost increases, and we are very happy with the recognition of this effort', says Ibema's CEO, Nilton Saraiva. 'These awards are a thermometer of both the quality of our product and our service. The rebranding we carried out and our work with printers and consumer goods manufacturers (brand owners) resulted in greater alignment with the market.'

The Graphprint Award has been held for 21 years and recognizes highlights in the graphics industry through a survey with the sector: professionals working in the market vote. For Ibema's national sales and relationship manager with end users, Vinícius Vidal, who represented the company at the award, the highlight is also a result of the expansion of production capacity and investments in improving equipment and portfolio diversification.
