Recycled that turns into a pix, the Estação Preço de Fabrica project is launched in Embu
In Embu das Artes, in São Paulo, a new unit of the Estação Preço de Fábrica project aims to deal with recycled materials in an unprecedented way.
This is because the project's containers will receive glass, cardboard, plastic, white paper and paper, paying for the material the equivalent of what is paid in recycling plants.
In principle, the objective is to generate benefits for the environment and for the people who take their recyclables to the station.
That can increase your income with what was often simply thrown away.
The project is developed by the startup Green Mining, by the paperboard manufacturer Ibema and in partnership with Grupo Boticário.
The container works from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm and, on Saturdays, from 8 am to 12 pm.
Above all, to receive the collected waste, it is necessary to download the free application from Green Mining, available on the App Store and Google Play platforms.
Then, fill out a brief registration and indicate the material being delivered to one of the collection points, where everything will be weighed and classified.
From there, a receipt is generated and, when completed, the amount will be deposited weekly, on Fridays, into the person's account through PIX.
The expectation is that, soon, other forms of payment will be available.
